Returns

If you have changed your mind about your order you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in the original condition, unopened, unused and any seals or cellophane are intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. Eligible refunds will be made within four weeks of returning your item. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
