Thank you for shopping with Blush. We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works, including delivery times, fees, and area-specific exceptions.


 

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates within the UAE.

Our fulfilment is managed directly by Blush Boutique, and all orders are dispatched using trusted third-party delivery partners.

 


 

2. Delivery Options & Fees

 

2.1 Standard Next Day Delivery (UAE Mainland)

  • Fee: AED 26

  • Delivery Time: Next business day

  • Available for most locations within the UAE.

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) to qualify for next day dispatch.

  • Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following day.

 

2.2 Remote Area Delivery (3-Day Service)

Some locations are classified as remote areas by our delivery partner, where next day delivery is not available.

  • Fee: AED 40

  • Delivery Time: 3 business days

  • Applies only to locations listed in the remote area schedule provided by our courier.

If your delivery address falls under this category, the delivery option and fee will be automatically updated at checkout.

 


 

3. Same-Day Delivery

We do not currently offer same-day delivery.

This option will be reviewed in the future once our fulfilment volumes increase.


 

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Sunday to Friday (excluding UAE public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking information.


 

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

If the courier is unable to reach you after repeated attempts, your order may be returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.

 


 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing contact information

  • Delivery refusal

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


 

7. Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is limited to the United Arab Emirates only.
