We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal-care products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers. You may request a return or refund if: 1.1 The wrong item was delivered If you received an incorrect product or shade, we will arrange a replacement or refund. 1.2 The product arrived damaged or defective If your product is damaged, leaking, or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will replace the item at no cost to you. 1.3 You received an incomplete order If an item is missing, we will resend it immediately or offer a refund for the missing item.
You may request a return within: • 7 days of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following: 4.1 Refund to Original Payment Method Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. 4.2 Store Credit / Gift Card Issued instantly once your return is processed. 4.3 Replacement Product We can resend the same product at no extra cost if stock is available. Please note: Shipping fees (e.g., AED 26 or AED 40 for remote areas) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently deliver across all seven Emirates within the UAE. Our fulfilment is managed directly by Blush Boutique, and all orders are dispatched using trusted third-party delivery partners.
We currently do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to the United Arab Emirates only.
Please ensure your address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by: • Incorrect or incomplete addresses • Missing contact information • Delivery refusal Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
• Orders are processed Sunday to Friday (excluding UAE public holidays). • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking information.
